Dedicated Connections was incorporated in 2001 as a telecommunications business focused primarily on providing cabling solutions and IT support for small to medium-sized multi-location businesses that have a regional or national presence.

 

Our value lies in developing a relationship with the key personnel within the corporate office IT department, establishing the specific requirements for each store concept, and then aligning the proper resources in each city as new locations are opened. Once the relationship is established, you simply hand each project to us and we will get it done right.

 

We provide voice, data and video cabling to enable connectivity of POS terminals, PCs, printers, WAP devices, kitchen, cook line, bar food & beverage printers, telephones, fax, dial backup modems, paging speakers, “people counter” thermal sensors, CCTV cameras, televisions, etc.. We also provide support for extending Bell demarcation points from MPOE/IDF closets to the client backboard.

 

We get the new site “IT ready”, so one of your IT staff can fly in just prior to store opening and start connecting your equipment.

 

Rather than having to seek out competent vendors in each new locale, our clients convey the site requirements and we manage the entire project, utilizing our partner network to provide the implementation. This relationship gives our clients one point of contact for all projects from inception to completion as locations are added.

 

Besides providing installation, we also function as a service company for ongoing support of all properties, interfacing with your IT help desk team to assess problems and dispatch technicians.
